The Fifty Shades of Grey movie may be banned from the Philippines

CBCP Allegedly Protests 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Movie Screening In The Philippines For Promoting Indecent And Immoral Acts! FSOG To Be Banned In The Country?

The Fifty Shades of Grey movie may be banned from the Philippines if the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines has their way.
In a report by the Manila News Online, a spokesperson from the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines or CBCP has said that they do not want the Fifty Shades of Grey movie to be shown in the Philippines.

This is not the first time that the CBCP protested the screening of a film in the Philippines. The Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines actively protested the ban of the Da Vinci Code, Noah and the Harry Potter series.
The CBCP is also looking into the ban of the One Direction Concert in Philippines following the leaked video of the group allegedly smoking Marijuana.
